Processing Time

• Standard production time: 2–5 business days
• Production delays may occur during holidays or sales events
• You will receive tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Estimates (USA)

• Economy: 5–8 business days
• Standard: 3–5 business days

International Shipping

International delivery times vary (7–21+ business days), depending on customs procedures and regional carriers.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If the package is returned, the customer may be billed for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” the carrier assumes responsibility.

We will assist in opening an investigation if needed, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
