Refund policy

At DANY KINGDOM WEAR, customer satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are made-to-order through professional fulfillment partners, all items are produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, we accept returns or exchanges only in cases of defects, misprints, or items damaged during shipment.
Eligibility for a Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund may be issued if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product contains a manufacturing defect
- The wrong item or size was delivered
To qualify, customers must submit a request within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and defect

Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Color differences caused by device screen variations
- Normal wear and tear
Please check sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Return Shipping
Do not send any items back to our PO Box.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once your issue is approved, our support team will provide the correct return instructions if needed.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production (usually within 1–3 hours of purchase).
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund is approved, please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to process the funds.
